The Apartment Project
The Apartment Project was a visual, edible and audible experience curated by Bethany Jurewicz, with a menu by Jon Churan of Underground Food Collective and music programming by Matt Ambrosio. The opening night hosted Drink Tank and participants cultivating creativity in a collision of beer, art and food. These two installations were created specifically for the converted apartment where the pop up dining and immersive art expeience took place.
